- 01 Run the company operating rhythm: goals, reviews, decision logs.
- 02 Own special projects that have no natural owner — from first draft to done.
- 03 Prepare decisions: gather evidence, frame options, force clarity.
- 04 Act as connective tissue across ventures; spot collisions early.
- 05 Handle sensitive matters with discretion and judgement.
