- 01 Research civic-technology platforms and case studies.
- 02 Support documentation of civic-engagement technology models.
- 03 Assist in evaluating open civic-tech tools.
- 04 Document findings for the research team.
- 05 Coordinate with the public-sector-impact team on overlapping research.
