- 01 Support running an improvement-idea intake and triage pipeline.
- 02 Assist in measuring impact of implemented improvements.
- 03 Research continuous-improvement (kaizen) practices.
- 04 Document improvement cases and results.
- 05 Support improvement-culture communication.
