Why this role exists at EduRankAI
Own one or two CSR programmes end-to-end. Partner, budget, deliver, measure, report. Pair with senior programme managers to grow into a Senior role over 18-24 months. The role is structured to give you increasing scope as you earn trust — start with one programme under close mentorship, take a second on once your first is delivering, and grow into a Senior role with three or four programmes under you.
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Own delivery on assigned programmes; defend the timeline and the budget.
- 02 Manage partners + budgets day-to-day.
- 03 Run field visits at least monthly to active sites.
- 04 Author quarterly programme reports the Senior reviews and the Director reads.
- 05 Mentor associates as the team grows under you.
- 06 Pair with the Senior Impact Measurement Lead on what your programmes can actually measure.
