EduRankAI ships products that need to feel as considered as the research behind them. Design here means making the interfaces our ventures expose — tutoring, ranking methodology, applicant flows — clear, honest, and intentional. No dark patterns, no padding the UI with stock animations to hide thin thinking. We are looking for designers who can hold a strong visual point of view AND own product flows end to end. EduRankAI is a small, independent organization building long-term capabilities in educational intelligence, advanced AI systems, and research infrastructure. We take no advertiser money, no donations with strings attached, and no investor pressure on hiring decisions. The small per-application fee covers the real cost of processing your application — human review, identity verification, infrastructure, reviewer time. It buys us the right to be honest.
