What you will own
- 01 Own the DEI strategy + the public dashboard.
- 02 Audit every hiring loop quarterly for adverse impact; act on what you find.
- 03 Run the belonging + ERG programme; defend its budget against cost cuts.
- 04 Lead pay-equity audits and corrective actions; publish the methodology.
- 05 Liaise with the People team on inclusive policy — and push back when policy theatre slips in.
- 06 Author the annual DEI report; defend every published number.
