01 — The role

Why this role exists at EduRankAI

Lead the XR engineering org. You own the AR/VR runtimes, spatial computing, and the integration with the AquinTutor product surface. The goal: every learner who picks up a headset (or holographic display) lands inside a virtual lab that is physics-grade and pedagogy-aware. You will hire across XR engineering, virtual-lab simulation, spatial audio, and computer vision. You will own the cross-platform strategy (Meta Quest / Apple Vision Pro / WebXR / our own holographic devices).

What you will own

  • 01 Lead XR engineering across AR, VR, and our holographic display platform.
  • 02 Own the cross-platform runtime strategy.
  • 03 Hire Senior + Staff XR engineers, graphics engineers, simulation engineers.
  • 04 Set the performance and pedagogy bar (90Hz minimum, latency budgets, sickness avoidance).
  • 05 Partner with curriculum on what a virtual lab actually has to be.
  • 06 Own the integration with the custom hardware team.
