Why this role exists at EduRankAI
Own the manufacturing engineering for our pilot + production lines. Fixtures, test stations, yield analysis, corrective action. You will pair with the Director of Manufacturing and the EE / ME leads, and grow into a Senior Manufacturing Engineer over 18-24 months. The role exists for engineers who understand that "design for manufacturing" is not a checklist — it is a sustained negotiation between what is elegant and what produces yield.
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Design and own manufacturing test fixtures.
- 02 Build test stations for the production line.
- 03 Run yield analysis weekly; drive corrective action with EE + ME.
- 04 Partner with EE + ME on DFM at the prototype stage.
- 05 Travel to manufacturing partner sites at least quarterly.
- 06 Author SOPs operators actually follow.

- → You read DFM reports critically and can describe a design change you pushed for.

- → You have an opinion about acceptable AQL and you can defend it.
