01 — The role
Why this role exists at EduRankAI
EduRankAI is building toward artificial superintelligence — and almost nobody knows. We need someone who can change that. This is not a 'manage the company Instagram' internship. You will sit closer to founders than most marketing leads at large companies ever do, and the work you ship will shape how India's first frontier AI lab introduces itself to the world. You will spend three months learning how a research-driven company talks about ambitious technical work without sliding into hype, and how serious narratives get built — the kind that pull world-class researchers, partners, and press toward a young lab. By the end, you will have a portfolio of real, published work that few interns anywhere can claim. We are looking for someone who reads, writes, watches how the great companies position themselves, and has opinions about why most AI marketing is bad.
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Draft launch copy, research notes, founder essays, and product page content alongside the founding team
- 02 Own EduRankAI's LinkedIn presence end-to-end: editorial calendar, post drafts, engagement, analytics
- 03 Research and write competitor positioning briefs across Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepMind, FutureHouse, AlphaSchool, and Indian AI labs
- 04 Coordinate three product launch campaigns (karate.support, AquinTutor, HEI Methodology) — from teaser to launch day
- 05 Build the recruiting-marketing layer: write JD intros, polish careers page copy, design social proof for the 213 open roles
- 06 Interview team members and write 2-3 founder/team profile pieces that humanise the lab
- 07 Maintain a tone-of-voice guide and ensure consistency across all surfaces (website, email, social, decks)
- 08 Track narrative metrics: brand-search volume, post engagement, careers-page conversion, applicant quality
- 09 Help craft pitch decks, press kits, and partnership outreach when needed
03 — The expertise
What we look for
04 — The bar
Who thrives here
- → Currently a student, recent graduate, or career-shifter exploring marketing/brand/communications
- → Sharp written English — this is non-negotiable; we will ask for writing samples
- → Strong opinions on what good and bad AI company marketing looks like
- → Comfort being in early-stage chaos where nothing is finished and feedback is direct
- → Available for 2.5 hours a day, five days a week, for three months remotely
- → Bharat-based applicants strongly preferred but we are open to applications from anywhere
- → Excited about a frontier AI mission and willing to learn deep technical context to write about it credibly
05 — How we work
The EduRankAI environment
Remote-first, async-first
Work from anywhere. We optimise for deep work, not face time. Periodic in-person off-sites for the full-time team.
High autonomy, high standards
We hire adults and trust them. You will be expected to set your own goals, communicate clearly, and ship.
Builders, not bureaucrats
We optimise for clarity over process. Make the call, ship the work, write up what you learned.
Bharat-built, globally ambitious
We are an Indian frontier AI lab. We build for India first and the world second — in that order.
