Author and maintain the automated test suite. Triage bugs from production and qualify releases under Senior leadership. Grow into a Senior QA Automation Engineer over 18-24 months. The bar: a regression suite that engineers trust enough to ship by — which means killing flakes at root, refusing to add tests that do not earn their cost, and writing the small set of tests that catch the bugs that actually happen.

What you will own
- 01 Write E2E tests across web + mobile.
- 02 Maintain the regression suite — including killing flakes at root.
- 03 Triage and reproduce production bugs from logs alone.
- 04 Qualify releases under Senior supervision.
- 05 Help engineers fix flakiness at root, not by adding retries.
- 06 Author test utilities that other engineers reuse.

- → You have written at least 20 E2E tests that have stayed unflaky for 6+ months in a real codebase.
- → You have reproduced a production bug from logs alone.
- → You can describe a flake you root-caused and what you changed to make it impossible.
- → You have killed at least one test on purpose because it was wasteful.
- → You read bug reports carefully.

A scheduled week: five days, eight hours a day, with two full rest days and latitude over when within the day you work.

Objectives agreed at the start of each cycle. Hours recorded for compliance are never used as a performance score.
Where this stands legally
Within the 9-hour day and 48-hour week ceiling of the applicable state Shops and Establishments Act, with at least 24 consecutive hours of weekly rest and a break of at least 30 minutes after five hours of continuous work. Hours are recorded for statutory compliance only. Work beyond the scheduled week is agreed in advance and compensated with time off in lieu.
