- → 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Talent, Recruitment or organizational operations
- → Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- → Demonstrated ability to build and improve HR and people systems

- → Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
- → Strong organizational and process-management skills
- → Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

How working time works at this level
No fixed daily or weekly hours. The office carries accountability for its remit, the availability that remit requires, and at least one full day of rest each week that you are expected to actually take.
