Own a portfolio of CSR programmes end-to-end — design, budget, partner, deliver, measure, report. Two associates report to you. You are the person who is responsible for whether the programmes you own actually produce what they claim.
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Own a CSR portfolio worth INR 1-3 Cr / year.
- 02 Programme design + partner selection (NGO + government).
- 03 Budget + grant management + financial discipline.
- 04 Quarterly measurement + reporting (with the Senior Impact Lead).
- 05 Field visits + partner reviews — at least monthly to active sites.
- 06 Mentor associates; bring at least one to Senior readiness over 24 months.
