Own complex problems end-to-end. Set technical direction. Mentor mid and junior teammates.

Own day-to-day execution of DEI programmes. ERGs, training, audits, retention initiatives. Reports to the Director of DEI. The role exists to translate DEI strategy into operational reality.

  • 01 Run the ERG programme + budget.
  • 02 Author + deliver DEI training across the company.
  • 03 Run quarterly pay-equity + retention analyses.
  • 04 Author the public DEI dashboard.
  • 05 Coach hiring managers on inclusive practice.
  • 06 Liaise with the People team on policy.
