- 01 Own the CI/CD pipeline end-to-end.
- 02 Build the local + preview environment story so devs can move fast safely.
- 03 Secrets management + rotation.
- 04 Release automation.
- 05 Developer ergonomics — the build/test/deploy loop is the metric.
- 06 Documentation for the dev environment that someone can actually follow.

- → You have owned a CI/CD pipeline for an engineering org of 20+ and reduced build times by a measurable margin.
- → You have written a setup script that engineers actually ran instead of working around.
- → You can describe a specific CI flake you root-caused and fixed.
- → You have an opinion about monorepos and you can defend it.
