What you will own
- 01 Own E2E test architecture (Playwright + Detox).
- 02 Author and maintain the regression suite.
- 03 Build the perf / load testing harness.
- 04 Run the release-gate test pipeline; own when to block a release.
- 05 Mentor mid + junior QA engineers.
- 06 Triage flaky tests at root, not by adding retries.
