The Bee perches silently on a leaf in a forest near the LoC; the Mother SSTO carries 100,000 of them above an entire city; the Grandmother holds a continental coordination layer overhead. Below is what that capability actually does — for security forces, for civic infrastructure, for citizens.
01 · National Security
Border surveillance, stealth-class
- Stealth perch & persistent watch. Bees alight on canopy / rock / fenceline for hours, drawing <1 mW idle. AESA wing detects motion + heat signatures and only un-perches on a confirmed cue. Zero acoustic profile, low radar cross-section, multi-spectral skin (visual + IR + RAM).
- Swarm cordon at LoC / LAC. 5,000 bees blanket a 40 km corridor. Each carries a 3 cm baseline so the swarm acts as a sparse synthetic-aperture radar — sub-metre resolution at standoff. Infiltrators tracked through tree cover.
- AGI-grade target discrimination. Onboard reasoner separates a goat from a soldier, a tourist from a hostile, civilian crossing from organised infiltration. Edge inference is sub-watt; only the verdict goes upstream.

- Lost-child / missing-person locate. The whole swarm runs a face / dress signature in parallel across the venue. Latency from query to find: under 90 seconds.
- Counter-terror perimeter. Persistent 360° watch on stadium / convention / temple complex. Bees identify abandoned bags, unattended vehicles, unauthorised drones, and route the alert to the nearest officer's earpiece.
- Riot de-escalation. Read crowd temperature in real time. Direct officers to friction points before they ignite. All footage is auditable — citizens' privacy claims are testable against logs.

Roads, grids, sanitation, water
- Highway & road health. Bees photograph every kilometre at sub-millimetre resolution. Potholes, cracks, missing signage, blocked storm drains — auto-routed to the responsible PWD division with GPS + severity score. National Highway Authority gets a live map.
- Power grid & tower inspection. Thermal + visual on every transmission tower, transformer, and insulator. Catches hotspots before flashover, vegetation encroachment before a fire, rust on a steel lattice before failure.

- Search & rescue, post-collapse. Bees enter rubble through gaps no human can. Find survivors by heat + sound, mark coordinates for NDRF teams.
- Forest-fire perimeter map. Live edge tracking + hotspot prediction. State Forest Departments get a fire-line map updated every 30 seconds.
- Flood damage assessment. First 6-hour map of inundated villages, breached bunds, broken bridges. Insurance + relief disbursement starts from satellite-grade ground truth — not estimates.
- Mountain-rescue support. Stealth class operates above 5,000 m. Avalanche victim search, lost-trekker locate, route confirmation for ITBP / Air Force.
05 · Connectivity Forecast
Internet prediction & spectrum mapping
- Coverage truth map. Bees fly the actual streets of a city / village / valley and measure 4G/5G/satellite signal at house-level resolution. Operators can no longer claim coverage they don't deliver.
- Internet weather forecast. Predict per-cell congestion 30 minutes ahead from rush hours + events + weather. Operators reroute traffic before users see buffering.
- Spectrum interference detection. Identify unauthorised emitters, jamming, spoofing in real time. TRAI gets evidence; intel agencies get a tactical lead.
- Last-mile deployment planning. Before fibre is dug, the swarm gives an exact terrain + line-of-sight map. ISP saves months of survey time.
06 · Agriculture & Climate
Farms, forests, air, ice
- Per-plant agronomy. Multi-spectral imaging of every plant in a field. Disease, water stress, nitrogen need — detected before the human eye sees it. State Krishi departments get actionable intelligence.
- Forest cover & encroachment. Continuous monitoring of reserved forest boundaries. Illegal felling, encroachment, mining — all flagged with photographic evidence.
- Air quality at street resolution. PM2.5, NOx, ozone — mapped per neighbourhood, not per city. CPCB + city governments get policy-grade truth.
