Run a CNC mill from anywhere.
The Forge is our tele-operated fabrication wing. Eighteen CNC mill suites, twenty-four 3D printers spanning FDM, SLA, SLS and metal sintering, six laser cutters, twelve collaborative robotic arms and four PCB fabrication cells — each one machine-addressable from a browser. You upload an STL, a Gerber, or a tele-op session file; we run the toolpath check, queue the job on real hardware, run it with live camera and sensor telemetry, and ship the finished part to your door within seventy-two hours.
02 · Equipment catalogue
Twenty-four working machines.
Every cell below is a physical machine in our Pune workshop. Status pills reflect the real-time slot table. Hourly rates are subsidised for enrolled learners and cover materials charged at cost.

03 · Job pipeline
From upload to doorstep.
Every job moves through five stages. Each stage emits a webhook-signed event into your audit log; you can watch your part being machined on the live camera feed and abort mid-run if the toolpath looks wrong.

04 · Reserve a slot
Book a machine.
Pick an equipment ID, when you want it, how long for. Upload your file URL (we host on Aquin Drive or accept any signed S3 link). We hold the slot at the cost shown; charge applies only when the toolpath check passes.
05 · Materials catalogue
Stock shelf.
All materials are held in our temperature-controlled stock room and charged at cost — we add no margin. Specialty stock can be sourced; lead time depends on supplier.
06 · Safety & ethics
Real metal, real responsibility.
On-site human operator at all times
Tele-operation never runs unattended. A trained operator is present to e-stop the cell if telemetry strays. You see them on the live feed alongside your part.
Toolpath check is mandatory
Every job is run through automated DFM (design-for-manufacture) checks: collision sim, feeds-and-speeds sanity, tool-length validation, machine envelope. A flagged job pauses for operator review before the spindle turns on.
Restricted-use catalogue
The platform refuses jobs that match a continually-updated weapons + munitions geometry library. Bio-hazard, controlled-substance and counterfeit-currency requests are escalated to the ethics review board.
Per-learner safety attestation
Before your first job you complete a thirty-minute machine-safety module and accept the platform code of conduct. Multiple-strike violations revoke Forge access.
Immutable audit log
Every event — upload, check, queue, run-start, sensor anomaly, run-end, ship — is signed and written to an append-only ledger. You and the operator each receive a copy. Disputes are arbitrated by the ledger.

Running right now.
The eight most recent jobs in the Forge. Equipment ID, operator handle, material on the spindle and ETA to completion. Refreshes when you reload — or stream the SSE feed at /api/forge/stream for real-time updates.
