Own the Viśvambhara programme end to end — Bee swarm, Mother SSTO, Grandmother interplanetary vessel. Set technical strategy across every discipline (aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, autonomy, manufacturing). Hire and grow the lab.
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Set and defend the programme architecture across the three-tier family
- 02 Run technical reviews and resolve cross-discipline trade-offs
- 03 Recruit lead engineers across propulsion, structures, autonomy, and avionics
- 04 Own external research partnerships and supplier relationships
- 05 Report progress and risk to the Founder's Office quarterly
