  • 01 Own supply growth per city.
  • 02 Lead the supply-acquisition playbook (sales, partnerships, self-serve).
  • 03 Hire city managers + partnership leads.
  • 04 Set the supplier-retention playbook.
  • 05 Partner with operations on supplier quality.
  • 06 Quarterly supply-side reviews.
