3 months in one of our city operations centres. Pair with city ops leads, work on a real operational problem, present what you found. The role is on the ground — not at a desk in HQ.

- 01 Own one operational deliverable in 3 months.
- 02 Spend time on the ground with riders + merchants.
- 03 Author a report HQ acts on.
- 04 Pair daily with the City Ops Lead.
- 05 Present findings at end-of-internship review.

This role is based in On-site: Tier 1 / Tier 2 cities (India) — operations centres. We chose this on purpose — the work calls for proximity, collaboration, and presence. We will help with relocation where appropriate.

- Resume / portfolio link — Human review of your work.
- Date + place of birth — Identity verification only.
- Your written responses — Selection rubric. Read by humans.
- Government ID (later) — Anti-fraud at offer / interview stage. Not at signup.
