Lead the HEI Truth Report — India's most rigorous independent reporting on higher education. Set the editorial standard, defend the work under regulatory and reputational pressure, build the team that can do investigative reporting nobody else will. You'll thrive here if: you have been a senior editor at a serious publication, you know what it means to defend a story against pressure, and you measure success by the reporting that wouldn't have existed without you.

- 01 Own the editorial standard and the methodology behind every story.
- 02 Hire the editorial + investigations team.
- 03 Defend reporting against legal + regulatory + commercial pressure.
- 04 Set the publication cadence and the long-form investigation backlog.
- 05 Own the public-facing identity of the HEI Truth Report.
- 06 Train the team in investigative methodology.

We take no advertiser money, no donations with strings attached, and no investor pressure on hiring decisions. The small per-application fee covers the real cost of processing your application — human review, identity verification, infrastructure, reviewer time. It buys us the right to be honest. Genuine financial hardship? Request a fee waiver inside the application — reviewed individually within 5 business days, with no record in your file and no second-class treatment of waiver-granted applications.
