Karate.Support and Karate.net.in are building a next-generation global ecosystem dedicated to martial arts education, athlete development, instructor empowerment, federation management, digital transformation, and international collaboration. We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director – Global Martial Arts Development to lead our global strategy, strengthen international partnerships, guide technical excellence, and accelerate worldwide expansion. This role is ideal for highly respected leaders with extensive experience in coaching, technical leadership, federation administration, athlete development, international competitions, and global sports governance.

What you will own

  • 01 Define and execute the global strategy for Karate.Support.
  • 02 Lead international expansion initiatives.
  • 03 Build partnerships with martial arts federations worldwide.
  • 04 Collaborate with academies, clubs, universities, and sports organizations.
  • 05 Represent Karate.Support at international events and conferences.
  • 06 Guide instructor education and technical development.
  • 07 Support athlete development programs.
  • 08 Develop certification and curriculum frameworks.
  • 09 Promote digital transformation across martial arts organizations.
  • 10 Strengthen relationships with coaches, referees, and federation leaders.
  • 11 Support partnerships with governments and Olympic bodies.
  • 12 Drive long-term organizational growth and sustainability.
  • 13 Advise executive leadership on global sports governance.
  • 14 Maintain excellence while preserving martial arts values.

Who thrives here

  • 10–40+ years of leadership experience in martial arts or sports administration.
  • Experience leading national or international martial arts organizations.
  • Strong understanding of federation governance and sports administration.
  • Experience building international partnerships.
  • Recognized leadership within the martial arts community.
  • Excellent communication and public representation skills.
  • Experience working with athletes, instructors, referees, or federations.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required.
  • Passion for advancing global martial arts education.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Candidates from any recognized martial arts discipline are welcome.
  • Former elite athletes, technical directors, chief instructors, federation executives, sports administrators, and dojo owners are encouraged to apply.
