Ship small frontend features under senior mentorship. The role is structured to give you progressively harder scope as you grow — small bug fixes in month 1, owned features by month 6, full feature ownership by month 18, Senior trajectory by month 36. You will pair with a Senior daily and your code review feedback will be detailed. The bar is "we will teach you what good looks like, you will close the gap fast".

- 01 Ship small UI features under Senior code review.
- 02 Fix bugs in the marketing site + portal.
- 03 Write unit tests including for bugs you ship.
- 04 Pair daily with a Senior frontend engineer.
- 05 Participate in code review, even when you are mostly listening.

Genuine financial hardship? Request a fee waiver inside the application — reviewed individually within 5 business days, with no record in your file and no second-class treatment of waiver-granted applications.
