Build rendering features under Senior Graphics Engineer mentorship. Shaders, post-process, optimisations. Grow into a Senior Graphics Engineer over 18-24 months. The role is for engineers who read SIGGRAPH papers when they drop and who find rendering bugs beautiful.

What you will own
- 01 Write production shaders (HLSL / GLSL / WGSL).
- 02 Implement rendering features end-to-end.
- 03 Profile + optimise GPU performance.
- 04 Pair daily with Senior graphics engineers.
- 05 Participate in code review across the rendering team.

- → You have shipped at least one rendering feature in a real product.
- → You have written a shader that ran in production and you can describe a debugging session for it.
- → You read SIGGRAPH abstracts when they drop.
- → You can describe a rendering bug you fixed by reading the disassembly or the profiler.
- → You have an opinion about forward vs deferred and you can defend it.

Objectives agreed at the start of each cycle. Hours recorded for compliance are never used as a performance score.
Where this stands legally
Within the 9-hour day and 48-hour week ceiling of the applicable state Shops and Establishments Act, with at least 24 consecutive hours of weekly rest and a break of at least 30 minutes after five hours of continuous work. Hours are recorded for statutory compliance only. Work beyond the scheduled week is agreed in advance and compensated with time off in lieu.
