Review hard cases, surface emerging abuse patterns, partner with engineering on detection. Pair with the Senior T&S Engineer and the Director of Moderation. The role exists for analysts who treat policy and judgement as a craft, not as a checklist. The bar is "every decision you make is one you would defend in writing to a hostile reviewer".

- 01 Review escalated abuse cases under Senior supervision.
- 02 Surface trend reports weekly.
- 03 Author moderator decision documents that the team uses as precedent.
- 04 Pair with engineering on detection systems.
- 05 Train L1 moderators on hard cases.
