- 01 Ship Unreal XR experiences (UE5 + Lumen + Nanite where appropriate).
- 02 Own the per-frame performance budget on XR hardware.
- 03 Comfort engineering.
- 04 Pair with the curriculum and simulation teams.
- 05 Mentor mid + junior XR engineers.
