Why this role exists at EduRankAI
Build the EduRankAI mobile apps — Karate.support, the applicant portal, AquinTutor. Flutter as the primary cross-platform framework, native bridges where they earn their cost. You will architect the multi-app Flutter codebase, own the CI/store-release pipeline, and set the mobile performance and UX bar. Battery, jank, startup time, and app size are first-class concerns; they don't get punted to "later".
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Own architecture for the Flutter codebase across multiple apps.
- 02 Build native integrations (camera proctoring, push, payments, biometric auth).
- 03 Set up and own the CI / store-release pipeline.
- 04 Performance + battery + memory profiling as a sustained practice.
- 05 Code review and mentor the mobile team.
- 06 Drive the mobile testing strategy — unit, widget, integration, golden.

- → You have shipped at least one Flutter app to both stores that has been live for 12+ months.
- → You have written at least one native bridge (iOS or Android) for a real product reason.
- → You can describe a specific jank you fixed by reading the Flutter timeline.
- → You have an opinion about state management in Flutter and can defend it.

No counted hours. A five-day week with a four-hour overlap window so colleagues can reach you, and objectives agreed for the cycle.

Where this stands legally
Hours are not counted at this level. The statutory ceiling of 9 hours a day and 48 a week remains the limit the role is designed to fit inside: if the work cannot be done within a normal week, the scope is wrong, not the person.
