AI features fail in design more often than in models: unclear confidence, no recourse, invisible failure states. You will lead design for our AI-powered surfaces — tutoring, assessment, integrity review — where trust, explainability, and human override are product requirements, not afterthoughts.

What you will own
- 01 Lead design for AI-first features: tutoring, feedback, review queues, advisory flags.
- 02 Design states of uncertainty honestly: confidence, provenance, and appeal paths.
- 03 Define patterns for human-in-the-loop review (nothing auto-penalises a person).
- 04 Raise the craft bar: motion, micro-interaction, systematic polish at 60fps.
- 05 Mentor designers and run critique.
