- 01 Own trust + safety policy across consumer products.
- 02 Lead moderation operations (in-house + partner).
- 03 Own the abuse-detection ML stack jointly with the AI platform team.
- 04 Lead expert verification programmes.
- 05 Run regulator relationships.
- 06 Crisis response — commander on the page.

- → You have led trust + safety at a consumer product with at least 1M MAU.
- → You have personally led the response to a public-trust crisis and written about it.
- → You have an opinion about content moderation and you can defend it.
- → You have built or substantially improved an abuse-detection system.
