Why this role exists at EduRankAI
Lead the AI Tutor team — the conversational learning agent that lives inside every AquinTutor lesson. You will own the pedagogy doctrine for the tutor (what it does, what it refuses to do), the evaluation harness for learning-tutor quality, and the team that ships the model + product layer.

What you will own
- 01 Own the AI Tutor product end-to-end.
- 02 Set the AI Tutor pedagogy doctrine — when it teaches, when it asks, when it refuses.
- 03 Build and own the tutor-quality eval harness (real learner trajectories, not just toy benchmarks).
- 04 Hire the AI Tutor team (Staff/Senior ML + product engineers).
- 05 Partner with the AI platform team on inference cost and latency.
- 06 Defend tutor design against the temptation to optimise for "delight" over "learning".
