Lead the curriculum org. Subject leads report to you. You own the multi-year scope-and-sequence across every track AquinTutor teaches, the assessment design, and the quality bar on every learning object that ships.

What you will own
- 01 Lead subject leads across math, science, language, computing, humanities.
- 02 Own the multi-year scope-and-sequence and how tracks connect.
- 03 Set the assessment design — formative, summative, diagnostic.
- 04 Hire and grow the curriculum org.
- 05 Run quarterly outcome reviews; cut content that does not move the needle.
- 06 Partner with the AI Tutor team on adaptive sequencing.

- → You have led curriculum at multi-subject scope for at least 5 years.
- → You have killed a unit of curriculum because it did not produce transfer, and written about why.
- → You have published at least one piece of curriculum or assessment work.
- → You can defend a scope-and-sequence decision in writing for 30 minutes.
