- 04 Run the dispute resolution and escalations process.
- 05 Hire city operations managers.

This role is based in On-site: Tier 1 / Tier 2 cities (India) — operations centres. We chose this on purpose — the work calls for proximity, collaboration, and presence. We will help with relocation where appropriate.
