Own complex problems end-to-end. Set technical direction. Mentor mid and junior teammates.

Own a subject area at AquinTutor end-to-end — scope-and-sequence, learning objects, assessment, outcome measurement. You will write and ship the curriculum, defend it in design review, and pair with the AI Tutor team on adaptive sequencing.

  • 01 Own scope-and-sequence for one subject area.
  • 02 Write learning objects to the AquinTutor quality bar.
  • 03 Design and ship formative + summative assessments.
  • 04 Pair with the AI Tutor team on adaptive sequencing.
  • 05 Measure outcomes quarterly; cut what does not move the needle.
